How a table offer works
Claim. Scan. Settle normally.
The offer is tied to your arrival, not your spend. There is no receipt upload, open tab or POS integration.
Claim a live window
Choose your party size and activate the venue's timed offer. You receive one unique barcode.
Staff scan on arrival
Show the barcode before ordering. The venue's phone checks the venue, offer, party size and arrival window.
Pay when you leave
The scan locks the offer for that visit. Staff apply the discount to the eligible final bill as normal.

Plans change
A clean outcome for every booking.
Unused barcodes expire automatically. The venue is charged only for guests its staff actually scan in.
Customer cancels
The covers return to the live offer immediately, subject to the displayed customer fee policy.
No-show
The barcode expires after the arrival allowance. The venue pays nothing.
Venue cancels
The customer receives a full refund of any Lenaia fee once payments are connected.
Checked in
The offer stays valid for the visit; the venue applies it when the final bill is settled.
